Patong Heaven Hotel

The cleanliness was really good, and the staff were always helpful. The location was perfect, not too noisy or crowded. The hotel facilities were nice, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, the transportation was highly convenient.

Spent Christmas in a lovely hotel with a great location! The room was clean and neat with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the atmosphere was calm and quiet, which was perfect for us. Another good part was that they had 3-pin plugs in the public area, and we could charge all our devices at once.

A significant disadvantage was the rude and unhelpful behavior of some staff members. The security money for the key seemed steep at 1000 baht, and there was no food available on the premises. Also, breakfast was not included, and it wasn't worth paying for. the hotel had its ups and downs, but the pleasant room and peaceful surroundings make up for the less desirable aspects.

Located in a relatively quiet area, this hotel offers a pleasant ambience for those who prefer to avoid the hustle and bustle. the rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. Though it lacks a restaurant, it's an excellent opportunity to explore the local cuisine. the hotel staff was helpful and responsive to our requests.

Obtaining a three-pin for charging our mobile devices was an issue.

The room we stayed in was clean and fairly nice. The location of the hotel was ideal and not too busy or noisy compared to other parts of the city. there were plenty of good restaurants nearby to choose from.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. we had to pay for breakfast separately, which was not worth the money.
